What is your car rental scratch policy?

Understanding the Damage Waiver

Minor damage—like scratches, dents, or a chipped windshield—is typically covered if you purchase the Damage Waiver, an optional protection plan available with your rental.

If you decline the Damage Waiver and the vehicle is damaged, you may be responsible for repair costs out of pocket. Coverage through your personal auto insurance can vary, so it’s wise to check with your provider before renting.

Cancellation Policy (North America)

• No prepayment? You can cancel without any fee.
• Prepaid reservations in the U.S. or Canada are subject to the following:

Rental Car Lost and Found

We do our best to safeguard any personal items left behind in our vehicles or at our rental locations. If you’re looking for a lost item, please visit our Lost Returns website, where you’ll find a list of participating branches.

📌 Note: If your rental location isn’t listed, you can still submit a Lost and Found form online for assistance.
